Control Panels
Site Administrator Control Panel
The Site Administrator control panel is your main control center for managing your web hosting account. You can view your site usage information, manage your user accounts, change configurations, manage subdomains, view log files, view web site traffic statistics, and much more.
To access your Site Administrator control panel, go to http://www.EXAMPLE.com/admin (replace EXAMPLE.com with your domain name)
For more information on how to use the control panel, please login to your control panel and then click the Help link on the left menu. We highly recommend getting familiar with the Site Administrator control panel, since most tasks relating to your web hosting account can be performed here, including tasks that you may not be aware of.
User Administrator Control Panel
The User Administrator control panel is for your users (e-mail accounts) to manage their individual accounts. In this control panel, they can view usage information, setup e-mail aliases, create auto-responders, specify advanced spam filtering settings (if your hosting account includes this feature), and much more.
To access the User Administrator control panel, go to http://www.EXAMPLE.com/user (replace EXAMPLE.com with your domain name)

Billing Control Panel
The Billing control panel is also known as the My Account Section on our web site. This control panel gives you access to view and pay invoices, update personal and payment information, view subscribed services, upgrade or downgrade your web hosting account, order add-ons, submit support tickets, and more.
To access the Billing control panel, go to any page on our web site and enter your e-mail address and password at the top-right corner, then click My Account. If you have forgotten your password, click My Account and then click the Forgot your password? link on the login page to have a random password generated and sent to your e-mail address.
